As an Associate, you will support investment origination, portfolio management, due diligence, and communications related to private equity infrastructure investments.

Lead development, launch, and go-to-market of alternative investment products for the defined contribution (DC) channel. Provide US-based lead application support and system administration for enterprise real estate applications (including Yardi), manage Level 1 helpdesk, administer configurations and access, lead integrations and governance, support audits/compliance, coordinate vendors/offshore teams, and drive process and training improvements.

Manage end-to-end investment products including profitability, performance, governance, operating model, vendor management, and strategic direction. Coordinate with portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing; monitor governance with private fund boards and internal committees; ensure excellent client service. Agile development and JIRA experience is a plus.

Manage and grow a high-net-worth client book by delivering fiduciary financial planning and investment solutions. Serve as primary client advisor, collaborate with specialists, expand relationships, and drive practice growth through sales, client engagement, and tailored retirement strategies.

The Senior Investment Accountant is responsible for financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and supporting audits while mentoring junior accountants.

Lead investment accountant responsible for reviewing GAAP workpapers, guiding month-end and quarterly closes, preparing fund financial statements, analyzing portfolio returns and IRRs, advising on accounting conversions from modified cash to accrual, managing reporting processes, and mentoring a global accounting team while supporting audits and valuation oversight.
