Supports sales opportunities through technical discovery, solution design, demos, presentations, webinars, proofs of concept, and customer education. Partners with sales teams, customers, and technical partners to position cloud networking and security solutions, develop business cases, identify expansion opportunities, and apply AI tools to accelerate pre-sales activities. Provides coaching and mentorship to Growth Sales Engineers.

Leads end-to-end IT integration projects for acquired companies, coordinating systems, data, processes, risks, milestones, and cross-functional stakeholders. Maps current-state processes, designs future-state standards, manages go-live stabilization, tracks success metrics, and reports to leadership. The role also develops integration playbooks, communications, training, and reusable best practices while driving alignment across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, HR, Product, and Legal.

Owns integrated demand-generation programs, campaigns, events, partner initiatives, budgets, and performance reporting to drive pipeline, revenue, and deal acceleration.
