Serve as a technical pre-sales partner: run demos, build custom walkthroughs/prototypes, maintain demo environment, translate specs for customers, answer technical and implementation questions, draft RFP/security responses, create sales assets, and enable AEs/CSMs while relaying product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Own customer lifecycle marketing to drive expansion ARR: manage email programs, onboarding, webinars, customer advisory board, advocacy (case studies, references, reviews), and community to increase adoption, upsell, and retention.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers (HRIS, SSO, LMS, APIs). Build AI-powered workflows to automate onboarding tasks, partner with Account Managers for discovery and scoping, troubleshoot integrations with Product/Engineering, maintain implementation playbooks, and create reusable templates and self-serve assets to speed time-to-value.
