Build automation, observability, runbooks, and self-recovery to reduce on-call toil; manage AWS infrastructure, IaC, container orchestration, and reliability targets. Participate in shared 12-hour on-call shifts and field deployments, mentor team on operational excellence.

Lead customer deployments of Archie by designing and building end-to-end AI solutions, integrating engineering data and tools, fine-tuning models with customer data, validating performance, collaborating with subject-matter experts, and troubleshooting live production issues to ensure customer success.

Own AWS ecosystem relationships and the full sales cycle: generate partner-sourced pipeline, lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and post-signature account management.
