Support People Development & Culture initiatives by organizing Career Compass sessions and workshops, nurturing NextGen engagement, coordinating learning programs, aiding AI rollout and internal communications, coordinating events, tracking engagement/ROI, and supporting the talent pipeline.

Manage day-to-day client and media relations for real estate accounts: pitching, securing media placements, drafting press materials, maintaining media lists and reporting, supporting PR strategy, events, social/influencer work, and trend monitoring.

Counsel and litigate for employers on employment matters, including wage-and-hour, terminations, leaves, investigations, worker classification, and employment agreements. Manage single-plaintiff and complex litigation, advise and train managers, and draft or review policies, offer letters, handbooks, compensation plans, and separation agreements. Serve clients including early- and mid-stage startups with a business-minded approach.

Lead and enhance developer experience through platform engineering, set technical direction, standardize CI/CD workflows, and ensure security compliance.
