The Business Development Representative will seek new business opportunities, contact potential clients, set up meetings, and report on sales results.

Manage planning and forecasting for a portfolio of professional skincare brands, including SKU-level sales forecasting, weekly replenishment, open-to-buy, WSSI maintenance, inventory allocation across warehouses, aged stock management, and collaboration with buying, brand partners, and supply chain to meet availability and sales targets. Support trading events and contribute to budgeting and reporting.

Lead optimization of People processes and policies, introduce AI efficiencies, ensure compliance, manage employee benefits, and elevate the employee experience.

Manage electrical transit projects from planning through closeout: create schedules, budgets, and estimates; coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and field supervision; track progress, risks, and change orders; run meetings and provide stakeholder updates; ensure safety, quality, and process improvements to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead the organization's financial management, oversee accounting and payroll, ensure accurate accrual-based financial statements, maintain internal controls, manage budgets and audits, liaise with external funders and auditors, present financials to the CEO and board, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage strategic and tactical relationships to drive sales of enterprise storage platforms in an assigned territory. Develop proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, run competitive takeout campaigns, and coordinate with pre-sales, partners, and HQ support to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction. Target financial services accounts in the New York market and use CRM and TCO/POC tools to forecast and win business.

Conduct proactive outreach to warm leads, manage full sales cycle from initial contact to close, build and nurture client relationships, meet daily and monthly performance targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver consultative debt-resolution financial solutions.

Lead full-cycle corporate and clinical recruiting, deliver best-in-class candidate experience, partner with stakeholders, design AI-enabled sourcing strategies, manage recruiting systems and pipeline analytics to drive hires nationwide.

Translate and post-edit English UI/UX content into Simplified Chinese, ensuring clarity and cultural appropriateness for buttons, error messages, and dashboards. Maintain terminology and style using glossaries, style guides, and translation memories; collaborate with remote PMs and QA to meet tight release schedules.

Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions. Customize objects, Lightning components, and workflows; build integrations using APIs/middleware; perform code reviews, troubleshooting, optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to meet business requirements.
