Manage SSU Advanced Soccer Program across NY-Metro: ensure curriculum delivery and class quality, mentor and train coaches, recruit and onboard staff, run coach development seminars, conduct observations with measurable feedback, resolve escalated quality issues, coordinate seasonal staffing, and oversee the annual summer camp program.

Lead and execute a global partnership strategy by identifying, negotiating, and scaling commercial and integration partnerships with financial institutions, platforms, data providers and distribution partners. Drive revenue and product adoption, collaborate with Product and Tech on integrations, advise senior stakeholders, and align partnerships with go-to-market and growth plans.

Drive new customer acquisition and expansion across Northeast and Central territories. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships, develop pipeline via outbound and partner channels, recruit and work with VARs/MSSPs, close six- and seven-figure deals, and deliver accurate forecasting while collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to scale revenue.
