Build and lead GC AI’s revenue operations function from the ground up. Own the member engagement product roadmap across email, SMS, and AI-powered voice outreach. Configure campaigns, segmentation, triggers, sequencing, and A/B tests in Customer.io; analyze engagement data and conversion metrics; drive experimentation; and partner with engineering, marketing, clients, sales, and operations to improve outreach systems, content, timing, and member outcomes.

Own the full sales cycle for high-value small-business customers, including inbound and outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, lead qualification, objection handling, deal closing, and onboarding routing. Build and refine scalable outbound and sales processes, use AI tools to improve productivity, identify customer trends, and provide structured feedback to product teams.

Lead Teachable’s brand and content function, including brand identity, narrative, creative output, content strategy, events, PR, and earned media. Manage internal leads and creative talent, external agencies, campaigns, and cross-functional partnerships. Set strategic and creative direction, oversee events and communications, establish performance metrics, and align brand initiatives with business goals. The role also requires mentoring leaders and maintaining a consistent brand experience across channels and audiences.
