Own TUSHY’s social commerce strategy across TikTok Shop and Meta, driving revenue through merchandising, promotions, creators, affiliates, livestreams, and community. Supports strategic FP&A by analyzing performance against plans, managing functional budgets, building financial models, improving reporting, and identifying growth and cost-efficiency opportunities. Partners with Operations and Merchandising leadership to deliver actionable insights, scenario modeling, presentations, data transformation, and automation initiatives.

Leads HFNY’s mobilization and generosity strategy, including fundraising plans, donor cultivation, institutional partnerships, volunteer campaigns, external communications, and stakeholder pipelines. Partners with the CEO and board to achieve aggressive revenue and engagement goals, manages major donor relationships, and builds an effective five-person Mobilization Team. Provides organization-wide strategic leadership while promoting collaboration, trust, excellence, and growth.
