Partner with founders to drive priority growth initiatives; lead end-to-end growth and marketing projects (GTM, positioning, partnerships, demand generation); own ambiguous, high-stakes projects; build systems, processes, and metrics to align the team; synthesize data, user feedback, and market context into clear, actionable recommendations.

Develops investment recommendations, oversees covenant compliance and amendments/restructurings, and builds relationships with issuers, banks, sponsors, and internal legal and investment teams.
