Lead GoMining’s global institutional capital strategy across the US, Asia, and other financial markets. Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, funds, asset managers, banks, and distribution partners; originate and manage opportunities through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. Present GoMining’s Bitcoin mining business and investment thesis, structure institutional propositions, maintain the capital pipeline, deliver market intelligence, and convert relationships into significant capital commitments.

Lead enterprise automation architecture and delivery across RPA, workflow automation, process mining, intelligent automation, testing, bots, citizen development, and AI orchestration. Establish and operate an Automation Center of Excellence, identify high-value use cases, guide implementation, manage governance and regulatory alignment, support training and adoption, and track financial value. Own the full sales cycle for KEV’s School Cash Suite across Illinois, from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline through outbound outreach, events, and meetings; achieve sales quotas; maintain customer and stakeholder relationships; collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success; support onboarding; represent KEV at conferences; and maintain accurate CRM forecasts and activity records. Frequent travel throughout the assigned region is required.

Drives business development in the refining industry by identifying customers, managing strategic accounts, pursuing capital projects, and securing corporate agreements. Provides seller coaching, customer-specific training, and field mentoring. Acts as a refining subject matter expert by sharing market and technology knowledge internally, representing VEGA at conferences and customer events, and partnering with Marketing on industry campaigns and trade shows.

Own enterprise sales across Texas cities, municipalities, and public infrastructure agencies. Lead complex government sales cycles from prospecting through contracting, run outcome-based pilots, convert them into multi-year agreements, navigate RFP/RFQ and cooperative purchasing processes, build ROI cases, maintain stakeholder engagement, and grow pipeline through targeted outreach, industry conferences, and an existing public-sector network.

Leads global compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, equity, benefits, open enrollment, 401(k), leave administration, compliance, audits, and payroll coordination. Owns HR metrics, systems, policies, process improvements, change management, and AI-in-HR strategy. Partners with leadership, vendors, payroll, IT, and external stakeholders to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Own end-to-end customer order fulfillment by coordinating vendors, logistics, and internal teams. Provide customer support, resolve issues and escalations, support onboarding, and strengthen customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, product, engineering, and customer success teams. Monitor recurring issues, improve operational processes, and develop effective SOPs and workflows while managing multiple customers and orders.

Own and scale Zippy’s wholesale and broker revenue channels by setting growth strategy, managing channel performance, expanding markets, developing partner acquisition and activation playbooks, and optimizing revenue. Establish metrics, reporting, operating cadence, and accountability systems; guide resource allocation; oversee partner ecosystem health; and align Growth, Product, Originations, Capital Markets, and executives around scalable execution and risk management.
