Supports project leadership and employees across HR operations, employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, records management, compliance, payroll coordination, and exit meetings. Develop strategic narratives and creative direction for integrated B2B marketing campaigns across brand, podcast, social, and performance content. Translate business objectives and audience insights into briefs, campaign platforms, channel strategies, and actionable guidance for multidisciplinary creative teams. Present strategic recommendations, manage interconnected workstreams, align stakeholders, and ensure cohesive execution across formats. Strategy Leads additionally own complex engagements, senior client relationships, and broader strategic direction.
