Independently manages recurring processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, resolves routine HR questions, identifies issues for escalation, and improves HR workflows and employee experiences.

Supports enterprise mainframe ISV software through installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, customization, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.
