Lead product enablement for technical users by designing and scaling eLearning, hands-on labs, certifications, webinars, and content operations. Own end-to-end payroll processing in Workday and Deel, ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll laws, prepare tax filings, support audits, generate payroll reports, manage benefit deductions, reconcile payroll, and serve as employee resource for payroll questions and system troubleshooting.

Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts across voice, chat, email and text to sell and support Blue Stream Fiber products and services, set up or transfer service, document sales, meet KPIs, resolve customer issues, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Support sales by generating and qualifying leads, coordinating the sales process, executing outbound messaging, maintaining CRM data and reports, conducting market research, and assisting with discovery calls and pitch preparation to drive business growth.
