Lead end-to-end customer integrations for Afresh's AI-driven grocery platform. Manage cross-functional technical deployments, build stakeholder relationships, create implementation plans, capture best practices, and scale processes to lower cost-to-serve while ensuring successful launches and continuous process improvement.

Design and build Snowflake transformation layer and migrate legacy SQL to versioned dbt models. Define conformed dimensions/facts using Kimball principles, set modeling and CI/CD standards, implement data quality/lineage, support BI migration and AI/ML readiness, and mentor future hires. Hands-on work in dbt, SQL, and Python with stakeholder collaboration and governance for financial and operational data.

Develop and implement pricing strategies and models based on market and competitive analysis. Use HubSpot/Salesforce to track sales cycles, close deals, process payments, and meet partner acquisition targets. Maintain product knowledge and communicate in English and regional languages.

Own retention, renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion for a portfolio of complex enterprise SaaS customers. Lead commercial negotiations, account planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives involving payments and new messaging use cases. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Payments, Product, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption, revenue retention, expansion ARR, and customer outcomes while maintaining accurate Salesforce data and forecasts.

Execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns across major platforms. Develop targeting, creative tests, budget pacing, and performance analyses while partnering with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results.
