Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots resilient infrastructure supporting Oracle Utilities software for clients. Responsibilities include Linux server configuration, networking, firewalls, VPNs, hardware and software tuning, connectivity troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process improvement, metrics, client communication, technical support, and on-call incident response. Owns the full lifecycle of Glia’s ecosystem partnerships, including partner onboarding, commercial agreements, joint go-to-market planning, cross-functional launches, sales enablement, pipeline tracking, and resold-product deal support. The role manages partner relationships, coordinates with Legal, Product, Marketing, and Sales, supports commercial negotiations, and drives partner-led growth. Remote within the US with up to 30% travel.

Partner with the Controller to execute month-end and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage accounts payable and payroll workflows, support regulatory reporting and vendor/employee inquiries, and contribute to financial analysis and special projects to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.
