Senior Vice President, TMT Trader will market-make and manage risk in TMT equities, provide liquidity and client execution, generate sector trading ideas and market commentary, and partner with Research, Sales, Investment Banking and Corporate Access to deepen client relationships and grow the TMT trading franchise.

Lead and scale a global commercial legal function for AI infrastructure: negotiate high-value software and infrastructure deals, create global contract playbooks and AI-specific terms, ensure regulatory alignment (EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA), build legal ops/CLM and a distributed commercial counsel team, and drive metrics to accelerate GTM velocity.

Provide technical due diligence and advisory for infrastructure M&A and project finance, lead proposals and project delivery, coordinate SMEs and client engagements, and improve internal tools and best practices to inform investment decisions.

Manage design, implementation, and evaluation of health education programs. Lead project coordination, participant recruitment, data collection/analysis, faculty support, grant reporting, and delivery across virtual and in-person formats.

Design and develop interactive, SCORM-compliant eLearning courses (primarily using Storyline 360 and Rise), create storyboards/scripts, produce and edit multimedia and video, perform QA and LMS publishing, liaise with SMEs, maintain course pipelines and documentation, and provide member/LMS support.

Lead Customer Success Manager guides enterprise customers through the full lifecycle to drive adoption, deliver measurable ROI, run executive business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, mitigate risks, and advocate customer needs across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services to maximize long-term platform value.

Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases. Investigate, document, track, and validate defects and customer issues. Communicate release changes and draft release notes. Use AI-assisted tools when appropriate and contribute to QA process and standards improvements.

Lead design and delivery of analog and mixed-signal electronics for compact, high-performance LiDAR hardware. Own end-to-end development from schematic to production, ensure SI/PI and EMI/EMC compliance, execute bring-up and validation (DVT/EVT), analyze trade-offs for power/cost/form factor, and collaborate across systems, mechanical, and firmware teams for reliable manufacturable products.

Drive new business and close deals across hotels, boutiques, and casinos. Own territory, build pipeline through prospecting and events, manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM, attend trade shows, and grow/retain accounts through consultative selling and cross-functional coordination.

Lead regional individual giving strategy and manage a major-donor portfolio to raise $3M+. Cultivate, steward, and solicit donors, support board fundraising, run campaigns, maintain Salesforce CRM, review pipeline and moves management, and partner with leadership on fundraising operations and program-related donor engagement. Requires local travel and occasional evenings/weekends.
