The Legal AI Solutions Analyst will support AI-enabled products, enhance attorney workflows, and provide user support while ensuring compliance with data laws.

Lead technical alignment during the pre-sales cycle: run discovery workshops, design integration/automation solutions using Workato, deliver demos/POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and coordinate with sales and customer success to drive technical closure.

Use AI to improve finance workflows and decision-making.

Support accounting processes including AR/AP processing, journal entries, bank and GL reconciliations, monthly and quarterly close, ACH/check runs, expense review, assist with audits and 1099 filing, resolve billing issues, and support special projects.

Lead a team of Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver enterprise LLM/AI solutions on the Unframe platform. Work directly with customers to identify high-ROI use cases, set success metrics, drive 0->1 products and POCs to production, promote reuse/productization, and mentor PMs while balancing speed, stability, and long-term product quality.

The Head of Engineering will drive technical direction, develop product architecture, and eventually lead the engineering team while coding and building AI systems.
