The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and enhance candidate experiences in a hybrid role.

Build and lead GeneDx’s first dedicated Employee Relations function, owning investigations, performance-based terminations, coaching, policy interpretation, case management, and legal partnership. The role will establish ER protocols, reporting, documentation, escalation frameworks, and manager training while reducing legal exposure and improving manager capability. This individual contributor position supports production, operations, and sales populations and manages approximately 130 annual ER touch points.

Perform biomechanical and forensic engineering analyses, conduct lab and human-subject testing, process and interpret large data sets, assist with field inspections and client communications, draft technical report sections, and support project scheduling and budgets under senior guidance.

Lead and mature enterprise cyber resilience: build and run a 24/7 SOC, enhance detection via analytics and automation, oversee threat intelligence, incident response, forensics, vendor relationships, and security tool roadmaps. Produce metrics, run tabletop exercises, and coordinate logging and cloud security integrations.

Support Risk Solutions by identifying and analyzing client risks, generating hedge strategies, pricing and executing interest rate derivatives, managing trade lifecycle and documentation, preparing client materials, interacting with hedge banks, and contributing to EDGE product enhancements and testing.

Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure while embedding application and cloud security. Own CI/CD and deployment workflows, protect sensitive insurance data, implement monitoring and incident response, and support SOC 2 compliance while partnering with product and engineering teams.

Lead a team of ML engineers to design, build, and productionize LLM/GenAI and agentic systems (retrieval, tool use, orchestration). Collaborate cross-functionally with MLOps, product, and data science, review code, mentor engineers, run technical evaluations and proofs-of-concept, and ensure reliable, safe ML deployments for a large SaaS product.

Lead product strategy and execution for end-to-end payments (card-present and card-not-present), improving authorization, routing, settlement, and merchant funding. Drive performance metrics, experimentation, partner evaluation, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and GTM. Ensure funding accuracy and merchant-facing transparency while delivering secure, compliant, hospitality-focused payment experiences.

Lead Vevo's audience research practice: design and run quantitative and qualitative studies, manage vendors, synthesize 1st/3rd-party data into strategic insights, enable go-to-market messaging, and coach a research team while implementing AI-enabled workflows.

Lead high-profile global sponsorship sales for premium rights holders: source and qualify sponsors, secure meetings, build relationships with senior brand decision-makers, run competitive processes, negotiate and close sizeable deals across markets and time zones.
