The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new client opportunities in IT staffing and consulting, manage sales processes, and build executive-level relationships.

The job involves developing applications using Java/J2EE and integrating BI tools like Tableau or Qlikview, with a preference for candidates with finance experience.

Responsible for managing inbound leads, supporting outbound calls, and achieving sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Build and own full-stack platform features (primarily backend in Golang, frontend in React), design APIs and architecture, engage directly with customers, ensure scale and reliability, and develop infrastructure for AI agent workflows including tooling, observability, and guardrails.

Support leadership by executing high-impact, ad-hoc and non-scalable tasks. Manage cross-functional projects, solve operational problems, and enable strategic initiatives through hands-on execution.

Provide global day-to-day IT support, maintain and secure systems and enterprise applications, lead projects (cloud migrations, upgrades, integrations), manage vendors and IT assets, monitor system health and compliance, produce documentation and reports, support change management and user adoption, and ensure SLA-driven service delivery for IFAC and partner organizations.

Lead core business analytics: build and maintain KPI dashboards, run statistical analyses and A/B tests, identify drivers of retention and revenue, support forecasting, partner with Product/Engineering to improve data quality, and use AI/scripting to automate analytics and surface insights for leadership.

Build and ship internal AI frameworks and staff-facing tools for care navigators: design the Navigator Workbench, optimize data feeds and transcripts, define prompts/decision trees and safety guardrails, integrate with engineering and data architecture, monitor AI output quality, and enable non-technical ops to extend systems.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments of drug substance and finished products, prepare shipping documentation, liaise with couriers/customs/3PLs, monitor shipments, resolve delays, maintain records, provide stakeholder communications, and collect temperature-monitor data for temperature-controlled logistics.

The BDR will conduct outbound prospecting into performing arts organizations, build lists, qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM records.
