Leads US People Operations and serves as the senior HR business partner for employee relations, employment-law compliance, union matters, benefits, leave, payroll workflows, HRIS integrity, performance management, policies, and HR analytics. Processes new and renewal certificates of insurance for commercial lines clients. Reviews policy and contract information, compares data against guidelines, communicates with account managers, enters and maintains electronic records, and prepares insurance documents for delivery. Provides customer service to insured parties while managing high-volume work accurately and efficiently. Uses Applied Epic or similar agency management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and CSR24.
