Own ChartHop's marketing and revenue operations by consolidating HubSpot as a single CRM source of truth. Build data governance, lead lifecycle and routing, campaign operations, attribution, full-funnel analytics, and executive dashboards. Support HubSpot-Salesforce migration, enable sales reporting, surface conversion trends by persona/industry, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements. Partner with sales leadership to improve funnel efficiency and operationalize metrics for growth.

Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications for streaming experiences. Collaborate on TV platforms, establish architecture, and utilize AI tools to enhance productivity.

Manage all aspects of office operations, onboarding new employees, plan team events, oversee financial operations, and assist the CEO with administrative tasks.

Build outbound pipeline by prospecting and qualifying DTC ecommerce brands via multi-channel outreach. Research accounts, book qualified meetings, partner with AEs on account strategy, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and iterate on messaging to meet monthly pipeline targets.
