The Principal Engineer for Customer Quality acts as the key customer contact for quality issues, addressing complaints, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to establish quality standards and facilitate customer audits, while managing quality performance and supporting product lifecycle decisions.

Design evaluation frameworks, test scenarios, scoring criteria, taxonomies, and interventions that translate real-world harm expertise into structured technical outputs. Review model responses, exercise expert judgment, and produce methodology and findings for technical and government audiences while meeting ethical, legal, contractual, and data protection obligations.

Provide administrative and operational support including Zoom meeting management, calendar and email handling, Google Sheets work, live Zoom session tech support, research, note collation, and project organization. Act as a proactive gatekeeper and collaborator to protect the employer's time and keep workflows running smoothly.

Owns company-wide execution, operating cadence, KPIs, accountability, P&L discipline, cross-functional launches, hiring, and organizational design. The COO will manage department heads across Supply, Demand, and Marketplace, achieve net profit targets, remove the CEO from daily operations, and launch new verticals without disrupting the core business.

Designs, implements, and maintains identity and access management solutions, with a focus on Saviynt implementations. Develops IAM policies and standards, integrates access controls with enterprise systems, conducts risk assessments and security audits, advises stakeholders, evaluates IAM technologies, and leads implementation projects. Serves as an IAM subject matter expert while supporting compliance, identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access management initiatives.

Manage strategic customer accounts as a trusted advisor, supporting onboarding, contact migration, campaign and automation setup, troubleshooting, dashboard reviews, QBRs, and quarterly goal-setting. Develop digital marketing strategies to increase merchant revenue, provide best practices and product guidance, respond to client questions, support renewals, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong communication, independent time management, ecommerce and marketing knowledge, and familiarity with customer success and SaaS tools.
