Become an expert in Guidebook’s Builder CMS and product suite, advocate for customers, identify experience trends, improve documentation, and optimize AI support tooling. The role includes assigned weekend coverage, cross-functional collaboration, and consultative customer success support for higher education clients.

Provides technical engineering support to aircraft clients and operators. Analyzes aircraft systems, maintenance issues, repairs, modifications, reliability concerns, costs, and technical documentation. Guides repair teams and maintenance shops, coordinates retrofit campaigns, qualifies repair facilities, delivers technical training, presents aircraft improvements, and prepares technical and cost reports. Requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, engineers, mechanics, and operators while maintaining current knowledge of aircraft technologies and maintenance practices.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots resilient infrastructure supporting Oracle Utilities software for clients. Responsibilities include Linux server configuration, networking, firewalls, VPNs, hardware and software tuning, connectivity troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process improvement, metrics, client communication, technical support, and on-call incident response. The role is remote within the United States with occasional travel for go-lives, incidents, and data center work.

Own end-to-end embedded software program execution across firmware, drivers, bootloaders, hardware, architecture, compiler, runtime, and validation teams. Align software milestones with tape-out, silicon and board bring-up, validation, and customer delivery. Identify and resolve cross-team risks, manage schedules and operating cadence, support platform enablement, and coordinate distributed engineering teams and external partners for AI accelerator deployments.

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed backend systems and services end to end. Integrate Web3 protocols, blockchain networks, and smart contracts while ensuring reliability, security, performance, observability, and code quality. Collaborate with product teams and API clients to shape solutions, contribute to technical discussions, mentor engineers, and use AI throughout the development workflow.
