Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email, phone, and AI tools to maintain pipeline discipline and advance opportunities to signed agreements.

Manage a team resolving automotive total loss claims, negotiate settlements with carriers, optimize recovery using the company platform, own customer accounts, document KPIs and coaching, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve claims processes.
