As a Founding Engineer, you will own major product surfaces and contribute to AI search technology development at Petra Labs.

The role adapts global programs to regional markets, partners with commercial stakeholders, uses learning technologies and AI, and builds practical interventions that improve sales capability, behavior, and productivity.

Own post-sale AI agent deployments for procurement and supply chain customers. Map workflows, configure and tune AI agents, lead implementations from kickoff through adoption, advise stakeholders on automation ROI, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on roadmap, renewals, and expansion. Build repeatable implementation playbooks while managing complex, customer-facing initiatives.

Own the end-to-end product surface for an AI-native engineering platform, including interaction design, prototyping, production frontend development, and design system ownership. Work directly with the CTO and engineering-firm users to define trustworthy AI interaction patterns involving streaming, human review, provenance, citations, and agent transparency. Contribute to product strategy, acquisitions, architecture decisions, user research, and rapid experimentation.
