Leads private and hedge fund operations, including capital activity, vendor and custodian relationships, regulatory reporting, fund launches and closures, valuation committee participation, process improvements, and team management. The role also oversees service-level agreements, fund board presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic initiatives supporting business growth and client service.

Develop and maintain project finance models, analyze project economics and financing proposals, support lender and financial closing processes, conduct due diligence and feasibility studies, evaluate M&A opportunities, and prepare financial reports and investment analyses. The role collaborates with development teams, lenders, investors, lawyers, and consultants while assessing renewable energy projects, capital structures, and regulatory impacts.

Manages a portfolio of major-gift donors and prospects, developing cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and planned-giving strategies. The role solicits five- and six-figure gifts, builds donor and volunteer relationships, leads fundraising committees and events, tracks portfolio and event data, and meets revenue and engagement goals. It also supports leadership solicitations, sponsorship development, donor recognition, reporting, and coordination with organizational staff across assigned markets.
