Ensure production reliability through testing, observability, performance tuning, and on-call responsibilities while mentoring teammates and contributing to technical decisions.

Lead a regional marketing team to develop and execute property marketing strategies and campaigns for commercial real estate listings. Manage projects, budgets, client and sales relationships, present go-to-market materials, track KPIs, produce reports, mentor team members, and drive adoption of marketing processes and technologies.
