Own and operate the end-to-end creation platform (frontend, backend, infra, models). Improve real-time generation latency and reliability, optimize cost at scale, maintain queues/fallbacks, and ship continuous improvements to the core create/remix loop and feed/ranking systems.

Design marketing and sales assets (social creatives, ads, banners, lead magnets, one-pagers, event/webinar visuals), update sales enablement (decks, proposals, case studies), support website/landing visuals and simple UI blocks, build and maintain a lightweight brand system, and collaborate with copywriters and marketers to create clear, conversion-focused visual hierarchies.

Lead and execute multi-channel digital membership strategies (email, SMS, web) to grow and engage members, build integrated messaging arcs, implement tracking and analytics, report insights to leadership, manage and develop a team, oversee budget and cross-organizational evaluation of digital impact, and represent MoveOn in movement convenings.

Provide first-line technical support for clients: troubleshoot hardware and software, perform installations/upgrades, resolve issues via phone/chat/email, maintain tickets and client documentation, and provide occasional on-site assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled revenue workflows: analyze funnel and pipeline data, identify automation and AI opportunities, build/configure automations and copilots, partner with Sales/Marketing/Technology to deploy scalable, measured revenue operations improvements.

Lead development and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales solutions, build forms, workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and reusable code. Drive DevOps practices, perform code reviews, lead design/POC efforts, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and QA, support deployments and production troubleshooting.
