The National Account Executive will prospect and sell automation solutions, analyze client needs, retain clients, and build relationships with executives.

Serve as the D365 F&O Product Owner and SME to run BAU operations, drive the product roadmap, plan Phase 2+ implementations across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, translate stakeholder requirements into D365 solutions, manage vendors and change management, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.

Coordinate and manage proposal responses and business development materials across teams. Track opportunities in CRM, develop and edit qualifications, maintain templates and resumes, monitor RFPs, and support award submissions and presentations. Assist with client inquiries, marketing content, and process improvements as role expands.

Lead end-to-end partnerships for new product verticals (home, motorcycle, etc.): build pipeline, structure complex deals, close and onboard partners, ensure post-close success, and inform vertical strategy through partner insights.

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on closing large enterprise deals, building pipelines, and delivering customized business pitches while collaborating closely with sales engineering and product teams.

Lead end-to-end partnerships for new product lines (home, motorcycle, adjacent products): build pipeline, structure complex deals, close and onboard partners, ensure partner success, and inform vertical strategy.

Monitor residential and small-business alarms, handle inbound/outbound alarm calls, verify incidents, dispatch authorities, contact responsible parties, provide technical support and troubleshooting, resolve account and billing issues, de-escalate customers, document alarm handling, and participate in training and development.

Serve as the bridge between Formulation and contract manufacturers to scale powder and liquid products. Optimize formulas for manufacturability, evaluate excipients and processing aids, translate requirements into manufacturing guidance, troubleshoot scale-up and production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process and formula-related challenges.

Lead and mentor copy teams to create strategic, original healthcare advertising concepts and integrated campaigns. Oversee project execution, present work to clients, manage resources and budgets, champion creative excellence, and contribute to new business and agency growth.

Lead development and implementation of repeatable, high-yield manufacturing and assembly processes, ramp production with contract manufacturers, create fixtures/work instructions, drive PFMEA and control plans, perform first-article validation, support reliability testing, and lead cross-functional root-cause and corrective actions to ensure production quality and yield.
