The Forward Deployed Data Analyst will optimize SQL queries, troubleshoot analytics pipelines, and collaborate with customers to enhance their data systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, proposing structural improvements, and coordinating with engineering teams.

Drive new business and client relationships for staffing and consulting engagements in accounting and finance. Work with recruitment teams to source and fulfill interim and project roles, manage opportunities end-to-end, maintain target account lists, conduct client visits, and track market/hiring trends to meet revenue goals.

Serve as the company’s first designer to define product experience, visual language, interaction patterns, and design systems. Translate complex legal and financial workflows into clear, high-confidence interfaces, build visual systems for ownership, distributions, and audit trails, and shape long-term product and brand direction working closely with founders in NYC.

The role involves mentoring in litigation, case strategy, depositions, arguing motions, and trial conduct for developing lawyers.

Drive original AI research focusing on new models and algorithms for reasoning in complex environments, collaborating with engineers and contributing to the research community.

Leads Client Services strategy and teams across engagement management, launch management, and learning experience design. Oversees post-sale client journeys, strategic accounts, risk escalation, service recovery, solution design, and cross-functional delivery alignment. Partners with Sales on complex proposals, ensures scopes are feasible and economically sound, and drives rebooking, expansion, client satisfaction, and operational performance. Coaches teams, establishes service standards and playbooks, and directly supports major client engagements.

Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships, identify and qualify opportunities, negotiate and close high-value deals, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
