Lead content and community growth for Vertex and support Rainforest content. Own promotional content, social presence, speaker programming, Slack community engagement, RSVP and attendance growth, and develop year-round community touchpoints and metrics. Collaborate with events and content teams.

Create and maintain operator manuals, user guides, system integration documents, maintenance procedures, and government-facing deliverables for an autonomous counter-drone turret. Work with engineers to document computer vision, control systems, hardware assembly, wiring, and embedded software; manage version control, technical illustrations, and ensure compliance with DoD/MIL-SPEC/ITAR requirements for contract submissions.

Manage and grow Jumio's largest enterprise accounts by developing long-term strategies, driving revenue and retention, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating value propositions to maximize customer satisfaction and account growth.
