Own and execute B2B social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Manage company channels, executive personal brands, employee advocacy, and influencer relationships. Write on-brand copy, direct visual and video production, run event coverage playbooks, contribute to omnichannel campaigns, monitor market trends, and measure social KPIs to drive brand and pipeline.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will drive financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions as a finance business partner.

Lead and transform Sales Support and Account Management into proactive, revenue-generating partners. Drive retention, upsell/cross-sell growth, broker relationships, operational excellence, talent development, and change management to scale the Employee Benefits business.

Lead development and scaling of a partner ecosystem to drive revenue and market expansion. Build partner programs, recruit and enable resellers/integrators, align partner GTM with sales and marketing, negotiate agreements, track KPIs, and represent the company at industry events to optimize partner-driven pipeline and growth.
