Support institutional fundraising and partner engagement for Acumen's Poverty & Climate and Acumen Academy work. Conduct prospect research, maintain and manage donor pipelines and CRM, draft proposals and external materials, prepare briefings and meeting follow-ups, support event content and planning, and coordinate with global teams and grant management to ensure partner deliverables and reporting.

Implement end-to-end product features, design architecture, integrate external APIs and LLM/agentic tools, automate fulfillment workflows, run experiments, and elevate engineering practices on a small, fast-growing team.

As a Staff Accountant, you will manage month-end close, reconciliations, compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and identifying process improvements.
