Build and scale a high-performing team, drive retention and expansion, establish repeatable playbooks, partner cross-functionally, and use customer data to inform strategy and product priorities.

Lead end-to-end UX for a healthcare scheduling platform rebuild: research and audit existing workflows, conduct customer research, inform API design, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, build a design system and component library (WCAG 2.1 AA), validate via usability testing, and iterate during frontend rollouts while presenting findings to engineering and client stakeholders.

Develop and optimize ultra-low-latency, high-performance trading infrastructure in modern C++. Implement and tune order execution, market data connectivity, multi-threaded systems, and risk modules. Profile and benchmark real-time systems, collaborate with quants and traders, and maintain robust, fault-tolerant continuous trading operations.

Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise time-series data historian platforms. Monitor system health, manage data ingestion and interfaces, configure tags/compression/retention, troubleshoot gaps and latency, perform upgrades/backups, enforce data governance and security, support users and teams, and recommend performance and automation improvements.
