Lead and execute Americas education and training strategy for retail partners and internal teams. Design and localize training content, manage education calendar and budget, conduct field coaching and performance observations, support onboarding of Beauty Ambassadors, run events and activations, and track training KPIs to drive sales and service consistency.

Lead finance-focused projects by liaising with SMEs and report owners, gathering updates/metrics, preparing presentations, performing data quality analysis, reconciliations and root-cause investigations, and using agile methods and tools (MS Office, Visio, Alteryx, Axiom, Rally, Jira). Requires strong communication, risk articulation, and mitigation planning.

Provide comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support for executive leadership: maintain ledgers, process accounts payable, reconcile bank/credit/investment statements, assist payroll, prepare financial reports and schedules, coordinate with external accountants/auditors, and perform executive administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, and recordkeeping.

Build and own customer-facing reporting and analytics, maintain scalable data pipelines and forecasting, support production planning and operational data, deliver ad-hoc analyses, and partner cross-functionally to translate customer needs into reliable data products and insights.

Lead US benefits strategy and operations including health plan design, vendor/broker management, compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA/FMLA), Workday benefits administration, open enrollment execution, benefits communications, invoice reconciliation, and employee wellbeing programs. Own renewals, Form 5500/1094-C/1095-C reporting, carrier data integrity, and partner with HRBPs, payroll, legal, and finance.

Lead strategic delivery and governance for complex AI implementations in insurance, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Drive adoption, measure ROI, secure renewals and expansion, influence product strategy, mentor CEMs, and manage cross-functional risks and escalations.
