As a SME Tax Manager, you will provide tax expertise to the GTM team, oversee client implementations, and develop AEOI product logic related to tax compliance.

Provide legal advice on market access, pricing, and compliance for pharmaceutical initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulations. Collaborate with various departments and manage outside counsel.

Lead go-to-market sales targeting hospital and provider finance leaders (CFOs, VPs RCM, controllers). Execute multi-channel outreach, run discovery calls and demos (including in-person), manage pipeline and CRM, close new provider accounts, and provide weekly activity and performance reports to meet aggressive outreach and closing targets.

Lead forward-looking research on robot learning, hardware, supply chains, and commercialization. Produce reports, forecasts, and briefings; track mobile manipulators, quadrupeds, cobots, and autonomous vehicles; assess AI, edge compute, and simulation impacts; collaborate with cross-sector analysts; support investors, OEMs, and policy stakeholders; and present findings to senior executives and clients.

Manage accounting for venue operations including F&B, merchandise, facilities, and event-specific expenses. Lead monthly close, inventory reconciliation, ASC 842 lease accounting, sales tax filings, SOX 404 controls, audit responses, journal entries, and financial analysis versus prior periods. Supervise two direct reports and coordinate with operations and controller teams.

Lead go-to-market efforts for the Turner Accelerated Payment Program, driving APP customer acquisition and revenue. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with subcontractors, build Turner stakeholder relationships, educate customers on early payment value, gather feedback to improve the program, track pipeline and KPIs in Salesforce, and represent Billd at industry events.

Work on management consulting engagements: gather company and industry data, interview stakeholders, perform analysis, structure project approach, manage scheduling, develop and present recommendations, support implementation, and participate in sales activities. Travel and client-facing work required.
