Own and ship polished web, iOS, and Android user experiences. Build and debug native and web UIs, integrate APIs and analytics, collaborate with product/design, and iterate quickly on high-quality, media-heavy features with strong UX focus.

Architect, implement, and optimize live and on-demand streaming pipelines in Wowza. Design scalable transcoding and packaging workflows, integrate accelerators, debug performance issues, support cross-functional projects, and serve as a streaming domain expert.

Design, build, and scale backend services, APIs, and integrations powering student-university interactions. Own reliability, performance, security, automation, ETL/ingestion, and CI/CD. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teammates, and influence product direction while operating in cloud-native, distributed microservices environments.

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound leads to close new customers and expand recurring business. Own a book of business, generate accurate quotes using CharterUP tools, meet conversion and revenue targets, execute disciplined outreach and objection handling, maintain CRM records, and collaborate on performance improvements.

Drive revenue by aligning marketing and sales: create campaigns, sales enablement materials, support field events and strategic accounts, join customer demos, gather competitive insights, and ensure product launches and messaging are sales-ready to accelerate pipeline and close deals.

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and data pipelines across admissions, education, career services, and billing. Create BI dashboards, ensure data accuracy, manage lightweight databases (e.g., Supabase), and support cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Lead client discovery and product strategy for AI-enabled products, align stakeholders, define value-driven roadmaps, and maintain product ownership through delivery. Coach and build the product/design practice, support presales and account growth, and embed AI-enabled workflows, governance, evaluation, and change management into client engagements and internal practices.
