Own and run technical enablement programs for Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Engineers. Design and deliver onboarding, demos, PoV guidance, licensing/sizing/pricing training, and product positioning. Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement with product launches, measure program effectiveness, and leverage AI and agentic workflows for just-in-time training and lab development. Define the product experience for an AI engineering agent. Design interaction patterns, prototypes, and design systems; run user sessions, iterate on flows, partner with engineers, and translate ambiguous technical conversations into clear product interfaces.

Support Data Services by analyzing and validating data using SQL and Excel, perform quality checks and reconciliations, monitor production workflows, communicate status and escalations, and identify process improvements. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate, timely data deliverables.

Lead product enablement for technical users by designing and scaling eLearning, hands-on labs, certifications, webinars, and content operations.
