Manage and grow relationships with life insurance distribution partners and agents. Lead onboarding, contracting, launches, business reviews, communications, performance tracking, and partner growth initiatives. Supports retail inventory planning, demand analysis, and S&OP activities across retailers and SKUs. Monitors inventory coverage, sell-in and sell-out gaps, out-of-stock and overstock risks, forecast alignment, and key inventory KPIs. Maintains dashboards, item master data, safety stock parameters, and reports while investigating imbalances and supporting initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.

The role also provides technical guidance, documents best practices, and assesses emerging AIOps technologies and platform enhancements.

Own complex infrastructure incidents, escalations, migrations, upgrades, and root-cause analysis across multiple client environments. Administer Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, networking, identity, backup, and disaster recovery systems. Use PowerShell and automation to improve reliability, document technical solutions, collaborate with clients and vendors, and provide occasional onsite support in the New York metropolitan area.
