Own the UX direction for Neat’s ecommerce website and digital experiences. Establish web UX processes, standards, research practices, and design language; lead UX for product launches and the full ecommerce journey from browsing through checkout. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering with marketing, product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
