Supports evaluation, testing, rollout, measurement, and ongoing management of AI-enabled and legal technology solutions. Coordinates pilots, tracks product roadmaps and releases, monitors adoption, develops reports and dashboards, researches emerging capabilities, gathers user feedback, and maintains project documentation. Partners with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to assess product performance, identify adoption gaps, support training and communications, and inform rollout decisions.

Leads Dust’s global Solutions Engineering organization across pre-sales and post-sales. Builds the team, operating model, hiring strategy, career paths, and technical standards while personally supporting strategic enterprise evaluations. Owns technical wins, deployment handoffs, advanced customer adoption, expansion, reusable playbooks, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, AI Deployment, Product, and Engineering. Builds and manages a high-performing strategy and analytics team, establishes analytical rigor and experimentation standards, owns key metrics and datasets, and develops self-serve data tooling and operating systems. Partners cross-functionally to identify opportunities, improve decision-making, and scale analytics practices across the company.

Own the UX direction for Neat’s ecommerce website and digital experiences. Establish web UX processes, standards, research practices, and design language; lead UX for product launches and the full ecommerce journey from browsing through checkout. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering with marketing, product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders. Improve navigation, content architecture, and cross-platform experiences while building organizational alignment and design quality.

Owns strategic partnerships with major advertising platforms, driving revenue through partner enablement, joint selling, account planning, and channel development. Promotes Samba’s data, advertising, and TV analytics solutions, manages the full partnership lifecycle, coordinates integrations and launches, and collaborates with sales, product, marketing, and account management teams. The role requires achieving revenue targets, developing executive relationships, and influencing platform and product strategy.

Supports monthly financial consolidations, US GAAP financial statements, disclosures, reporting packages, account mappings, journal entries, audits, SOX controls, and process improvements. Partners with accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, financial systems, and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Manage customer success across onboarding, training, support, documentation, project coordination, product feedback, account health, renewals, and expansion signals.
