Coordinate and support Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development programs: manage logistics, co-facilitate trainings, track and analyze participation and outcome data, consult with leaders to tailor learning solutions, maintain records and communications, coordinate external partners, and recommend program improvements to strengthen inclusion and organizational effectiveness.

Process and audit semi-monthly payroll for multi-state, multi-entity operations; maintain tax compliance and filings; manage payroll data updates, reporting, reconciliations, employee inquiries, and cross-functional payroll support.

Lead actuarial pricing, forecasting, reserving and modeling efforts. Develop assumptions, maintain actuarial models, evaluate financial experience, support rate filings and IBNR estimates, provide strategic recommendations, manage staff and vendor relationships, and report findings to leadership.

Supervises the Workers' Compensation team, assists with process improvements, employee training and development, and resolves departmental issues.

Plan, own and execute a portfolio of regional and marquee events end-to-end, manage event budgets and vendors, develop event strategy and reporting, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, implement event technology and processes, produce pre/during/post event content and analytics, maintain global events calendar, and travel ~15-20% for event execution.
