Provide autonomous, technical customer support for Teamworks Performance products (AMS, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning). Triage and resolve complex tickets, configure workflows, build dashboards, set up integrations and data uploads, handle sensitive athlete health data, escalate bugs with documentation, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and participate in weekend coverage during high-stakes projects.

Maintain and evolve the design system, run user and competitive research across US/MENA/LATAM, and use analytics (Amplitude, Snowflake, DataDog) to inform data-driven product decisions. Iterate quickly, prototype with AI-assisted tools, and deliver responsive web and mobile designs that improve educator, student, and family experiences.

Lead and optimize sales processes, territory planning, RFP and Bid Desk reviews, Salesforce enhancements, data quality, and sales tech stack. Deliver metrics, automate alerts, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI tools to improve AE/CSM productivity and sales efficiency.

Drive net-new revenue by selling Fieldwire to small and mid-sized construction accounts. Prospect, present, and demo product, manage multiple deals, maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecast reliably, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet sales targets.

Own and scale full-funnel demand generation programs—build multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, webinars, ABM), manage Pardot and Salesforce lead operations, track attribution and ROI, run ABM targeting enterprise accounts, partner with sales and content, and deliver analytics and dashboards to optimize pipeline conversion.

Lead design, development, and productionization of ML and LLM systems for patient- and provider-facing healthcare products. Own end-to-end workflows: problem scoping, data, modeling, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and clinical guardrails. Build evaluation frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling; partner with clinicians and product; mentor engineers and set technical direction to deliver safe, impactful AI features for clinical care.
