Represent Ornn at industry events.

Serve as product owner/analyst for financial software: elicit and prioritize business requirements, define user stories, lead SDLC activities, create test plans and UAT, train users, resolve production issues, and guide other analysts to ensure successful implementations.

Lead and deliver advanced analytics and predictive modeling for Asset Management distribution. Manage analytics projects and teams, translate business needs into insights, develop metrics/methodologies, communicate results to stakeholders, and support client engagements within Broadridge's FinTech analytics products.

Support compliance governance and monitoring: administer controls certification, issues and remediation tracking, regulatory inventory and policy reviews, prepare periodic reporting, manage contract compliance monitoring, and coordinate with stakeholders to close actions.

Lead platform and API partnerships to drive SMB advertiser acquisition for TikTok For Business. Source and close partners, manage technical onboarding and API integrations, co-create joint GTM programs, track partnership KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional execution with product, engineering, and marketing to scale advertiser activation and revenue.

Lead regional operational oversight for delegated authorities/MGAs across EMEA, ensuring governance, due diligence, compliance, data quality, reporting, system fitness (Alpha, Salesforce, Vipr, HUB), SLA management, audits, and process improvements while liaising with underwriters and stakeholders.
