Drive revenue growth for BrainStation’s digital skills education products through outbound calls, emails, and video conferences. Advise professionals on technology career advancement, build relationships with prospective customers and industry partners, leverage revenue platforms, engage communities through thought leadership events, and collaborate with product and learning teams to develop tailored digital learning offerings.

You will execute and improve insurance workflows, analyze operational efficiency, collaborate with product teams, and support onboarding and documentation efforts.

Lead and manage client engagements delivering financial operating models, strategic analyses, and recommendations to C-suite. Oversee M&A and fundraising work, ensure project delivery, support business development and proposals, and mentor team members to maintain high standards.

Administer and support the ARCHIBUS Facility Information Management System, including authentication, server maintenance, database restoration, vulnerability remediation, and emergency bug resolution. Provide end-user support and training for IWMS, FIMS, and EDMS solutions. Support facility assessments, field operations, CAD and documentation management, cost estimating, site visits, and coordination of onsite assessment teams.

Design, build, and scale APIs, backend services, and intuitive mobile/web UIs. Drive technical standards across the product lifecycle, deploy secure and performant systems, and take ownership of product outcomes in an early-stage startup.

Design, implement, and scale production optimization algorithms and systems (MILPs, LPs, heuristics, ML/RL). Build and maintain data pipelines, move ideas to customer-facing features, engage with customers, and shape long-term product and technical direction. On-site in NYC.

Write concise, customer-facing copy across site, email, product, launches, sales collateral, social, and blog. Own voice and messaging, ship multiple pieces weekly, audit and rewrite high-traffic pages, ghostwrite for executives, and build a measurable content cadence that drives growth and SEO.

Lead and optimize a portfolio-wide national accounts program by negotiating vendor partnerships, managing vendor contracts and implementations, overseeing resident ancillary programs, driving revenue and cost-savings, monitoring program performance, and producing monthly financial and participation reports.

Build and operate end-to-end revenue automations across acquisition, expansion, renewal, and win-back. Design enrichment, scoring, routing, and lifecycle-trigger systems; partner with BDRs, AEs, and Marketing; use AI coding tools to rapidly build, verify, and maintain automation stack; measure pipeline, influenced revenue, and win-back metrics and iterate against results.
