Intern will own and deliver a scoped engineering project on Deepgram's voice platform (ASR/TTS/LLM/API/SDK), ship reviewed code to staging/production, use AI in development workflows, improve a component measurably, and present results with documentation.

Act as technical escalation for Sev1/Sev2 incidents, partner with TAMs and Product/Engineering, improve escalation runbooks and knowledge base, and drive automation and tooling to improve CSAT, response/resolution times, and support quality.

Serve as frontline owner for customer issues from intake to resolution. Troubleshoot technical product, data, and integration problems; collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs; train and improve AI support tools; create and maintain help documentation; surface customer insights to influence product decisions; and improve support processes for scalability and better customer outcomes.

Owner of end-to-end client relationships and new business origination for RIAs; manage pipeline and CRM, drive product adoption, share client feedback cross-functionally, develop growth strategies, and travel to clients and conferences (under 50%).

Assistant General Counsel will serve as Attain’s second in-house lawyer, focusing on adtech data privacy and high-volume commercial contracting. Responsibilities include negotiating data licenses, MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, and order forms; advising product and engineering teams on data use; building the privacy program; supporting fintech legal matters; developing legal operations, AI-enabled workflows, playbooks, templates, and policies; managing outside counsel; and handling broader corporate, employment, IP, financing, licensing, and regulatory needs.

Own a high-volume non-compliance ticket workstream for an assigned vendor portfolio: communicate with vendors to resolve UPC/labeling and routing issues, update trackers, pursue credit memos, close loops with Operations and Merchandising, support onboarding, and analyze compliance trends and KPI scorecards to escalate patterns and propose process improvements.
