Analyzes healthcare data using SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, and related tools to identify trends, variances, outliers, and improvement opportunities. Serve as the senior client advocate while Solutions teams manage technical execution. The role requires frequent in-person client visits in New York City.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through HR administration, employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and compensation processes, policy administration, and HR projects. Independently manages recurring processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, resolves routine HR questions, identifies issues for escalation, and improves HR workflows and employee experiences.
