Serve as the technical liaison during implementations, handling data mapping and SQL conversion, integrations (SOAP/REST, FTP/SFTP), SSO/LDAP configuration, HL7/Mirth middleware tasks, advanced reporting and security setups, documenting change requests, training system administrators, tracking issues in JIRA, and advising product on enhancements to meet client requirements.

Write on-brand copy, direct visual and video production, run event coverage playbooks, contribute to omnichannel campaigns, monitor market trends, and measure social KPIs to drive brand and pipeline.

Manage day-to-day outsourced accounting operations for a portfolio of nonprofit and/or government contractor clients. Oversee monthly close, audit-ready financial reporting, compliance, onboarding, budgets, and client communications. Supervise and develop staff, identify process improvements and advisory opportunities, and ensure GAAP and regulatory adherence while supporting practice growth and firm initiatives.

Support core product marketing activities: build go-to-market processes, manage release and event execution, research market and competitors, collaborate with product/marketing/sales on launches, and create sales enablement assets to drive acquisition and retention.

Build and own automated GTM infrastructure that converts account lists and signals into multi-channel outbound campaigns, rep alerts, and CRM hygiene. Create enrichment workflows, signal-based selling, nudge sequences for stalled deals, upsell/churn detection, and integrate AI tooling to improve pipeline, win rates, data quality, and expansion.

Lead FP&A: own and evolve the integrated three-statement model, drive budgeting and rolling forecasts, build scenario and profitability analyses, own monthly reporting and KPI dashboards, support board/investor materials, implement FP&A infrastructure (Abacum), and partner with Sales, Product, and Operations on GTM and revenue forecasting.
