Generate and defend high-impact YouTube ideas, write four long-form scripts weekly (3 business, 1 AI-avatar), and perform two QC passes per edit. Collaborate with Head of YouTube, editors, and thumbnail designer; measure success by views, outliers, and retention. Role is creative with research and rapid performance feedback.

Design and build a production multi-agent harness and MCP integrations that operate across ERPs, CRMs, and business tools. Own end-to-end production concerns (reliability, observability, permissions, safe workflow execution), scope the product, make architecture decisions, and ship features working closely with CTO, product, engineering, and design. Stay current with agent frameworks and use tools like Claude Code in development.

Owner of end-to-end finance: monthly close, GAAP compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, tax, reporting, and audit readiness. Build automated workflows between billing and accounting systems, maintain SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn), keep diligence-ready financial data room, and partner on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Hands-on operator using AI to automate finance workflows and scale the function.

Plan and implement Generative Engine Optimization to personalize content, analyze user behavior, run A/B and multivariate tests, perform SERP and attribution analysis, refine personas, improve UX, and measure CTR, time-on-page, and conversion metrics to reduce bounce rates.

Lead new logo acquisition and expansion with CPGs, retailers, agencies, and platforms. Sell CPO campaigns, recipe shoppability, and content commerce. Build GTM motion, manage partner portfolio, work cross-functionally, and represent SideChef to senior stakeholders to drive revenue and scale.

Lead Unvale's growth strategy across social, creator partnerships, performance marketing, and community activation. Define brand voice and creative direction, build novel growth campaigns leveraging the community, manage contractors for editorial/community/social, and work closely with founders to scale user acquisition and engagement toward millions of users.

Evaluate and annotate AI-generated responses, write prompts and expected outputs, provide structured feedback, maintain high-quality training datasets, and collaborate with engineers to improve LLM performance and evaluation workflows.

Lead HRIS and talent systems (primarily Workday): configure and deploy updates, ensure data integrity, build reports/dashboards, support users via Jira, drive roadmap and integrations, train HR staff, and partner cross-functionally to improve HR processes and compliance.
